Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of Killa Creator OS, a creator management and publishing service operated under the CyberPeru System brand.
1. Service purpose
Killa Creator OS provides tools for campaign planning, media review, caption preparation, scheduling and user-authorized publication of social media content through supported integrations.
2. Authorized accounts
You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining lawful access to each connected platform and for complying with that platform's terms, policies and community standards.
3. User control
The account owner remains responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication. Killa Creator OS does not transfer ownership or control of your social media account.
4. TikTok integration
The TikTok integration is intended for social-safe creator content only. It uses TikTok authorization and supported developer interfaces when access is granted. Content submitted through this integration must comply with TikTok's applicable terms and policies.
5. AI-generated content
Killa Creator OS may assist in creating or managing AI-generated media. Users must follow any labeling, disclosure and content requirements imposed by the destination platform. The service must not be used to impersonate a real person without authorization.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to gain unauthorized access, evade platform restrictions, distribute unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or abuse a platform's APIs or authentication mechanisms.
7. Availability
Features may change as third-party APIs, permissions and platform policies change. A platform may limit, suspend or revoke access independently of Killa Creator OS.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect supported platform integrations. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect accounts, comply with law, or comply with third-party platform requirements.
